I have the question for how many and which are all the FTOs methods out there, i have already heard of Reduction and Bencisco, are there other full methods for both begginer and advanced?

and other than those I know of cage (solve edges and corners, then use commutators to solve the rest)

Are Julian, Bencisco, and Reduction equally viable? I only knew of Bencisco, with which I solved FTO a couple of times, however I'd need a guide to do it now.

No, Bencisco is clearly better than the other two methods. If you watch the video shared, Ben explains the methods and the problems that come with them.
