Alg requests for tredges on 5x5x5

Does anyone have a good alg for solving any of the following:

1. Edge swap with one edge group twisted

2. Checkerboard with one edge group twisted

I know you can always one twist one of the edge groups and then do one of the algs on bigcubes.com but is there a better way?

1. Rw2 B2 U2 Lw U2 Rw' U2 Rw U2 F2 Rw F2 Lw B2 Lw2 (This flips the 2 on one edge on the top closest to you)
2. Dw Uw' R U R' U' F' U F (Flips 2 center edges on left and right of front face)

These are what I use, but I don't quite understand your number 2. This is the algorithm I think you need.

I fixed them. I think for number 2 you mean flipping the center edge pieces.

What I want is an alg which is better than this alg which swaps the two wings (for the first one)

For the single edge swap, there's actually 2 cases. One where the front midge is paired on the left, and one where its paired on the right. So, to cover that case, you need to learn 2 algs. I've looked at some algs for the other case, and I didn't really like any of the algs I generated, since the checkerboard ones are surprisingly nice (2gen).

Ok I realised that you can use a 3x3x3 solver to find algs so I've found some algs myself:
