If anyone reads this that has any control over competitions then please read on.

I have heard a few people saying that there are too little competitions in the UK. I think so too, and although I havent been to a competition before, and i dont know the etiquette, I should think that there are alot of people thinking the same as me. Also, cubing is growing extremely quickly and in my opinion, the more competitions the better. I know there are a few key organisers but i am asking if anyone is willing to get together with me or other people to create another Uk competition, since it looks like we're only getting 1 this year. Any reply/comment greatly appreciated.

KEEP ON CUBIN'

if anyone could organise one that isnt 400 odd miles away from where i live id go (dont usually have the money to travel) ... and if i wasnt so clumsy and useless id probably give a shot of trying to organise one myself :p Just out of interest is there any cubers in the north east other than me. i feel lonely up here :(

I love the enthousiasm but seriously: don't even think about organising one if you haven't been to a few competitions.

I've been to 4 competitions now and I wouldn't trust myself to organise one.
