I put in an order (first time) ~ 3 weeks ago.. no indication of shipment yet. I have sent various emails asking about it. No replies.

Is their service and shipping always like this? I have seen mixed reviews on them. Should I keep bombing his email everyday or what?

Hmm, that NEVER happened to me.
Did you already pay for it through paypal or whatnot?
They usually send a confirmation e-mail after they get payment and another one for when they ship it.

I usually get a response within 3 business days, but I guess lately he's been slow.

If they haven't replied in 2 weeks I'd ask for a refund. If they hadn't answered in 3 I'd open a dispute with PayPal and get my money back. Maybe you should do that, then order again.

thanks for the tips. I opened up a paypal dispute against them.

Its ok to require 4 weeks to ship an item (I suppose . . .) but SEND AN EMAIL! or something that lets me know that my order is at least being processed. To just take the money and ignore all communication for 3 - 4 weeks is unacceptable and constitutes very poor business practice.

I'll post the outcome when it gets resolved one way or another.

I too placed an order a little while ago and it still hasn't come yet. They use REALLY slow shipping, but when I emailed them last night to figure out where my order was, they responded promptly.

Edit - my order came too and the type F I bought from there was pre-made and in the original manufacturer's box. It is definitely the best Type F I have and even feels different the type F's I've gotten from Cube4You

Well, my issue is resolved.


I finally received the package. However, there was never any indication that my order was even processed let alone shipped. I had no other choice but to seek out a refund. And then today it shows up! WTH?
