work on not doing little things like U then U', U3, etc.
slow down and take an hour or so focusing on F2l, Oll, then Pll.
Learn more pll's so you can do the algorithms at multiple angles.

I noticed you took a few pauses im no where near that kind of a time but anywhere I see a pause I know there can be improvment there in your look ahead. Like the person said ahead of me some PLLs with built in aufs may be usefull but I really couldnt tell you that much. Just from what I saw try to eleminate your pauses.
