7x7x7 last 2 edges

I've been having some trouble witht the last 2 edges of my new v cube 7 i got yesterday. Can anyone explain to me hopefully in writing, how to do the last 2 edges, i'll be in france the next few days and i dont think ill be able to watch many, if any videos, so if you could write it out that would be great, happy cubing

you assume too much, i dont have a 5x5...

Assuming that you know how to solve a 5x5 with reduction, solve the inner three edges, then think of those as one middle edge piece and solve like a 5x5 again
