Megaminx is a 2H event. Also, it used to be a DNF if the cube slipped out of your hand and touched the table:

(2007) C1b) During the solve no other body part or the table or any other available object must touch the puzzle. Penalty: disqualification of the solve.

how fast can you do it with out violently abusing the table? i think that table abuse is fine for things like M slices, but keeping the cube on the table for every turn just isn't fair. still cool though.

It is great to have a one-handed solve this fast, just less impressive to me than a slower solve without using the table as a second hand the entire time.

it doesnt matter, with table abuse its not really impressive. this shouldn't really be counted as UWR imo.

No, it's just an interpretation of the rules. Please don't call something following WCA rules cheating just because you personally disagree with them.

If it makes you feel better, just have seperate UWR categories - worked out fine for BLD and SpeedBLD.
