Yeah. Some of my F2L pairs are 10+ (Sexy x3 etc)
Several sub-20 people are amazed at how fast I turn. Without pauses I'm probably about Drew's TPS. I'm so ineffecient.

The point is that at high TPS the Weilong is not very easy to control. That doesn't mean you cannot achieve high TPS, the issue arises as you try to maintain it as you transition from step to step over the course of ~10s.

Drew was talking about his overall TPS for a solve and you were just talking about TPS within a single step...there is a big difference
 
I have ~7 tps for certain cases, like j-perm, sexy*3 Right. I have many pauses. I usually average ~3 TPS.
Ok, I just have to say, I can easily sub 1 a J perm (I think I can sub .8 actually) which is like 16 TPS and I got 15+ TPS first try on sexy*3, so I think it's safe to say they we are not comparable in terms of TPS.
 
Right. My fastest is your normal. Get used to the weilong and you will love it.
