I used to always solve it this way, since it's fast to perform and it gives you a good look-ahead. Now I know some other algorithms to orient some edges as well.

That alg preserves EO, if I was going to I'd use R U' F' r U R' U' r' F, but I suppose you only use this when all corners are oriented too?
