I'm not 100% sure, but I'm guess on the first solve when he used F U R U2 R' U' R U R' F', It was OLLCP/1LLL. Not many use that as their main OLL.

I use that for OLLCP and it's very easy to tell if there will be a skip before the last 4 moves.
