what method do you use for 3x3?

I think if you improved your times for the 3x3, your 5x5 times would get better. Maybe not much, but the steps leading up to the centers would.

blockbuilding/freestyle f2l (you notice i don't make a cross) + 2look OLL + PLL. anyway this was the worst solve I got on vid...i just wanted a very slow solve for fun. I average 21-22s? i think. at least my BA is 21.35s, lol.

I actually use blockbuilding for the first layer. You will notice that I don't exactly solve the Corners first in my vids. Maybe I'll post a new one soon too! Anyway, I really like your 5x5/4x4 method, and it has become my main method. I'm glad you posted the video.
