5x5 Cube trouble..

Hello!
A package has arrived for me today from Crown & Andrews (Rubik's Cube Suppliers in Australia) and it contained a 5x5 cube. I received this as a compliment because the 3x3 cubes that i have purchased has always been cracked. I took out the cube and started scrambling it gently scared that it would break. My cousin picked up the cube, and a piece dropped out. A piece in the cube snapped in half so that whenever i put it in, and start cubing again, it drops out. May someone please tell me how to explain this to Crown & Andrews?

You have just explained it to us, what makes you think we understand and they don't?

Because it was a gift, you are not entitled to replacement. This sucks, but at least you can practice a little with that free cube.

Hmm... yeh... My dad just ordered 2 new pieces and a new set of stickers so i won't mind, it is still like i got the cube for free.

I just noticed you said you ordered it in Australia. Do you live their? It would be great to have a cuber from Australia to compete against Peter and Jasmine. Do you have a url for this store?

Yes, i am from Australia. My dad ordered the piece from CubeSmith.

This was the only interesting page i could find on there: http://www.crownandandrews.com/index.php?id=11. And the only interesting puzzle on there "Rubik?s Brain Racker" gives me a pop-up for the Revolution. I am glad you have a store in Australia, but I was hoping for more interesting stuff.
