51morefun not accepting orders from my region?

[DaKrazedKyubizt]

I tried to order the Modded Mini Dayan+MF8 cube from 51morefun (http://51morefun.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=90) and it told me in the payment method section that they're not accepting orders from my region. Why not?
