Maybe. The current 3x3 single uwr is 2.99 and the current clock uwr is 3.9 so IF it happens it will not be sub the 3x3 single for long

Clock UWR is currently 3.72 and sub 4 results for 3x3 are somewhat rare so it’s definitly possible, also clock currently has several sub 3 singles whereas 3x3 has only 1 so it definitely is possible to get a few lucky solves and have a sub 4 or even 3 average
