Don't worry, it took me only three month to go from nothing to a sub-2 PB ! You should do just the same !
You're fast at solving, I don't think you need to memorize the cube for so long. If you still can remember the cube 3 minutes after the solve, your memorizing it too much. Most of the time, when I solve a cube blindfolded, I can't even recall my corner memo at the end of the solve.
