Couldn't you just solve the first one move at a time, while continuously doing U on the other, and then solve the other?

Anyway,
Question is: Can you do a slice turn and count is as only one move?
Edit: Never mind. He did for an H-perm in the video.
I'm thinking Roux might be good for this for its relatively low movecount (can't do all your fingertrick jazz when you're switching like that).

Yes. Because we say so, and because it can be executed as one move. Something like L+o or (R M) is debatable...
