Could have keyholed 1st pair to avoid doing 12 moves.
Extracurricular: combine 1st and 2nd pairs into a pseudoslot.
You did not need to rotate at all for 4th pair. You could have done a 7 move 0 rotation solution (L' U2 L U L' U' L) but you did 2 rotations and 10 moves instead
D2 B' R2 B L2 D2 B D2 R2 B' U2 B R' B' U' R2 D2 R2 U2 F'
L' U L //cross
x2 R U R' U' R U R' U' R U R' U' //1st pair
y' U' D R U' R' D' //2nd pair
L' U L2 U L' //3rd pair
y' R U2 R' y L' U' L U2 L' U L //4th pair
U' F R U R' U' R U R' U' R U R' U' F' //OLL
R U R' F' R U R' U' R' F R2 U' R' //PLL
U //AUF
//14.16 PB 4.59 TPS 65 Moves
Tried the scramble, and got 5.92! ( I average sub-12)
No offense, but there were a lot of things you did wrong.
First of all, like @Swagrid said, solve cross on bottom. It saves much more time.
Second thing is that you didn't have 4.59 TPS. 4.59 TPS is assuming you don't pause at all, and you definitely paused because you probably are just starting lookahead now. So, my tip is to definitely lookahead better.
Third thing is that for very easy crosses that are three moves, definitely plan a pair. And, look for more than one, not the easiest one to spot. The 1st pair you did was a lot of moves, while I noticed a 3 move pair. That 3 move pair led me to solve the cube in 37 moves, which is much shorter than your solution.
Here is my solution:
y2 // Inspection
R' D R // Cross
y L U' L2 U' L2 U' L' // First Two Pairs: Basically, this was all planned in inspection. I noticed the three mover, but then I noticed you could cancel into the Green-Orange pair.
D' R U2 R' D // F2L: This is an advanced technique called multislotting. Basically, you have a solved edge and corner of two different slots so if you do a D move and insert the last two pieces and reverse the D move both pairs will be solved. This was a very easy multislotting case, so it was very fast and easily recognizable, so I did not have to pause at all. This is probably confusing but check out J Perm's video:
U2 F R U R' U' F' // OLL I got T case, which was very easy.
U2 J Perm // PLL I'm too lazy to write out the letters, but again, J perm is very easy making a very easy last layer.
Getting 5.92 on this scramble was definitely very good, since I turned very fast and could've messed up easily. I definitely think if you used my solution you definitely could've got at least Sub-10.

first of all cross on bottom, it is literally easier than doing it on the top
you could do a multislot for the 1st and 2nd pairs, but its a bit advanced so it's fine
3rd pair was nice
4th pair what was that solution??? you couldve done L' U2 L U L' U' L its 2 rotations and 3 moves shorter
use R U R' U R U' R' U R U2 R' for that oll
