One face built does not mean the scramble is good. The solution is 10-12 moves only, the only advantage is that it is one lookable.

Most 4,5,6 movers do not have a face solved and they are much more rewarding.

But on normal scrambles you have to build a face first so it is an advantage

Having a solved face is better than having nothing, but having even like a 7 move layer with LL skip is much better of course.

Yep thats true also dont forget about CLL or EG cancellations which are powerful

The average move cancellations in EG-1 is how much, if we sample random scrambles and optimal EG-1 solutions?

I'm not talking about normal scrambles, scrambles that cancel out a few moves with an eg alg would be good
