2x2 Internal Pop

I was solving my 2x2 and suddenly it sort of becme stiff and wouldn't turn. My theory is that it was an internal pop but i don't know how to fix it.
EDIT: Also my internet is slow so i can't watch videos

If it a lan-lan or ghosthand it is to lose. Completely take out a screw and reassemble the whole layer watch a tutorial. Then tighten all sides= no pops.

Just push the edge back in dude. Not rocket science.

Separate the two corner pieces to reveal the popped piece, turn that face 45 degrees, then stick your thumb in and push it back in.

Or use a screwdriver to push it back in.

Okay take apart the layer that is stiff by loosening that screw. Then it should fall apart. Then assemble it close to how you normally would except for last 3 pieces. Once you are on your last 3 put a corner and an edge in. Make sure it is loose and wiggle the last piece(corner) in. Then tighten it so it won't ever pop.

Yes just do this. That's what I always do. Taking it apart is too much work dude

Thanks guys I fixed it and the first solve i did on it was 3.91!
