28.xx average barrier

For about the last month, i've been getting consistant averages at 28.xx seconds, and now i'm even starting to get more 30+ times, occaisionally i get a 27.xx or a 26.xx but it doesn't remain consistant. Natually i would like to overcome this problem, comment/advice?

What is your F2L time? Is it consistant? Work on improving that. Work on looking ahead, inserting from all angels, and be able to do them quickly.
