I lol'd at "travelled". I've had POPs where the piece(s) flew further, though. Once a wing from my V5 flew into the place where all my cubes are ;_;
Took a while to find it.

I had one travel even further than that.It was a 7x7, and in an official solve.

Dan Dzoan popped at US Nationals in the 3x3 Final...it bounced off the stage and he had to go get it...I think it landed in the second row of seats or something...

About an hour ago I popped a piece throughout the window, about 8 meter pop (1 meter to the windows, 4 meter fall, 3 meter travelled distance).

Good part, it fell in my backyard.

PD: Is ''in my backyard'' right? I always have trouble with these prepositions. Note that I've been speaking english for just 2 years (plus about 10 years ''learning'' english at school, mostly doing nothing) =/

My mf8 square 1 pops like mad (cause I haven't bothered retensioning it after it stopped sucking). One time, It popped Really Really Really badly, just one edge, but it popped a good distance across the cafeteria (>.>) I would have to say it was at least 10 meters.

ive had a 6x6x6 get out of alignment, but not badly, and get stuck, when i tried to put it out the wing pieces shot out, at least one meter up, one meter sideways and 2 meters back because i was on my couch, set it down, the piece that connects to the center flew out along with a bunch of other stuff al least a meter, and after that stuff still kept coming out, at total quite a bit of pieces flying around a meter or more each

I was at a sisters track meet and I was on a balcony when my cube popped and the piece fell off the balcony. I went to go get it and it hit a lady below. that would be about 20 ft (6.1 m)
