I was wondering if there is anyway to get a sub 15 with 2-Look CFOP? I really do not feel I am capable to learning all OLL or PLL algs nor do I have the time. I also know Roux but prefer CFOP

If what you're saying is, can you average sub-15 with 2 look OLL *and* 2 look PLL (4Look LL or 4LLL), the theoretical answer is yes and the practical answer is probably no. There are going to be a bunch of responses that say 'YOU CAN SUB-15 WITH 4LLL', but in all reality, 1) that really only applies to the fastest cubers, 2) most of the people who say that do not actually use 4LLL and average sub-15, and 3) by the time you get to around 15 seconds, you will have learned all the OLLs and PLLs by virtue of having cubed long enough anyway.

1. You ARE capable of learning 1 look OLL/PLL you just have to force yourself to practice them.
2. Lets say each algorithm you use takes 2 seconds (both execution and recognition this isn't that hard with 2 look) that means you will spend 8 seconds on the last layer. Then you will have 6 seconds left over to do the cross/F2L to solve the cube in 14 seconds. 6 seconds is the world record average with LL included which means you can get your get your cross/f2l faster than 6 seconds. So yes its very possible with enough practice.

I really do not feel I am capable to learning all OLL or PLL algs nor do I have the time.

Unless you must memorize them in the next week this is not true. My goal was to learn Full OLL within a year. I passed that goal in a much shorter time than I planned. Many of the algorithms are VERY similar. Take your time and enjoy the process.
