What kind of plll do you use?

You can easily be sub 15 with 2 look OLL and full PLL if you practice, even better if you practice.

And its obvious that people use Full PLL if they know it,whats the point of using 2 look PLL if you know full PLL.Use 2 look for the ones which you dont know.

Its really upto you, great cubers have achieved sub 10 average of 12 with 2look OLL and full PLL.So LL doesn't matter as much as F2L,practice F2L.

If you like to learn new algorithms, then you can go for full OLL,there are 57 algorithms,8 of which you already know with 2 look I assume,so only 49 algorithms, learn them slowly.Best of luck

I'm learning 1 look oll and pll so far I've only leared some oll and pll H, Z and T perm because it took to long with 3 cycle of edges and T perm from the 2x2 instead of using R' F R' B2 R F' R' B2 R2 U' which is an alg I'e known since I learned the cube in March 2009 which is without the U' a 3 cycle of edges:confused: But with U' it a weird case that move 2 corners and edges

punctuation, please. I legitimately have no idea what you are trying to say here.
And the R' F R' B2 R F' R' B2 R2 alg is an A-perm, which is a 3-cycle of corners.

It is a 3 cycle of corners, the U' at the end just serves to align the corners at the end, assuming you had aligned the headlights at the start.

I suggest learning PLL asap, then following right up with full OLL. Sure, it's possible to get sub15 with 2LPLL and/or 2LOLL. You'll also take a recognition hit when you start learning full OLL, so you might as well learn it when you're slow so that when you're fast recognition won't be an issue.
