idk y or how but i had a weird situation with my cube....i had to to do a J perm and then do R U' R U R U R U' R' U' R2 to switch my edges counterclockwise.....is this even possible to have to do two permutations to solve it?
no unless you employ a 2lpll other wise itd just be 1 of the 21 cases (concidering your ll is oriented and your not doing crazzy 1lll but then again you wouldnt be cuz ur using pll )

You did the wrong PLL. As Trying-to-speedcube pointed out, you didn't have a J, you had an R. If you perform a J algorithm on an R case you end up with an A perm.

Yeah, you guys are right. I read his second alg wrong. Anyway, in answer to the question. No, there are no PLLs other than the standard 21. You just did the wrong alg.
