So I'd say around 5-6 minutes. I need better quality bigcubes.

I haven't tried anytime recently at all, but if I am sufficiently awake when I do it, here would be my estimates:

2x2: 5
3x3: 17
4x4: 1:20-1:25
5x5: 2:00-2:10

= sub-4

in other words, fail poll

Try a 2-5 relay, my guess is you would not average sub 4 right now.

EDIT: I do many 2-5 relays timed, I just show the breakdown to show the time that usually takes me to do them in the relay.

Guys, 2-5 relay does not mean "add your times together". It means solve a 2x2 cube through a 5x5 cube in a row and time it all. If you haven't done that at least once, don't post a time.

15 seconds of inspection for all 4 puzzles accomplishes a bit less than 15 seconds of inspection for a single puzzle

I thought I'd look at my actual data. For the weekly competitions so far this year I've averaged the following:

2x2x2: 8.40
3x3x3: 23.13
4x4x4: 1:33.08
5x5x5: 2:38.72
Sums of 2x2x2 through 4x4x4: 2:04.61
2-4 relay: 2:14.03
Sums of 2x2x2 through 5x5x5: 4:43.33
2-5 relay: 4:47.19

I actually don't think this is just a statistical anomaly - I genuinely seem to be slower at the 2-4 relay relative to my singles than I am at the 2-5 relay; I really don't know why. It seems like my 4x4x4 solves are just always bad in relays. When I have a really bad 2-5 relay, it's usually because of a particularly bad 4x4x4 solve.

In any event, for me, there's only a 4 second difference between my singles and the 2-5 relay. At least, that's been true for the past six weeks.

Lets see... With bad solves I'd be:

5x5x5 2 minutes 10 seconds
2x2x2 6 minutes 11 seconds.
I guess corners first doesn't work too well with a 2x2x2...
