Not only the regulations is the case, there is this method called 7-Simul, where the clock can be solved in 7 simultaneous moves. niklas has been maining this and he kept smashing the N/E/WRs

You can move pins in inspection, basically changing the fundamental properties of the beginning of the solve.

Since the beginning of 2024, you can push the pins during inspection. With the 7simul method there is only 1 pin order, so people could do solves from the best angle.
