I don't have a set method but usually I go for lines when solving the centers. With the last two I get all but the outer two lines then solve as much as I can and when I can solve anymore with normal move I use easy center commutators .

Center commutators? Could you give me an example on say a 7x7?

I think if any cube higher than 7x7 Is added to be offical the limit is 8x8. Should be
