Is there any benefit to using Yu Da-Hyun's S2L order over the Westlund order? I'm considering switching because I average about the same on both right now

Hi y’all. What are some good splits for someone trying to become sub 2 on megaminx using Westlund? I’m currently in my Megaminx era and I want to be sub 2 before Choo Choo Cubing A. I currently average 2:10 - 2:15 if that helps.
