lock ups

I'm sorry to make a new thread here :( I've seen enough threads about this but...please help me out with this one. I need a *smooth cube* with the *least lock ups*.I average roughly around 25-30 seconds with a Rubik's Storebought. My order will be from Lightake... Please suggest me which one...

So ive been wondering for a while whether there is a point at which loosening the tension will start to make the cube lock-up more and that until that point, it turns better without lock-ups until said point. I also think that just loosening the cube in general makes it lock-up more often...
