Just got the GAN 356XS on the way and will be writing a review on it in this thread.
I was just wondering what everyone else thinks of it and how it compares to the GAN 356X.
What settings are you guys using for:
- Magnet Strength
It has received some mixed but overall positive...
Good condition for all of the puzzles, they are all stickerless and include original box and accessories (Including GES nuts + Magnets ect).
Puzzles are decently lubed, tentioned and broken in
Prices are negotiable, but right now they are around 69 AUD - GAN X (Numerical
50 AUD -...
Noticed these interesting new products on the Cubicle.
This thread is for musing and guessing what they're for
Heres the XS
They go under the name of Angstrom Studio a and ß projects. I wonder what they're all about?
Cubers seem to either love gan cubes, or absolutely hate them. I know there's people who don't mind them, but I think to would be cool to see a general divide of what most of the cubing community thinks. If many of the comments request something in the middle, I will add it
Over the last few days, many threads have been posted on GAN's new product, a robot to solve and scramble a 3x3. So to see the cubing community's general overview on the matter, I have made a poll above
My argument is that as it is only compatible with the gan I, it is a pretty pointless idea...
Hi everyone, I'm looking into some new 3x3 puzzles that have smooth/easy middle slices. I use the Roux method and already have a little magic, valk 3, and thunderclap. I'm looking into a Gan 356 Air but haven't found much about Rouxers using this cube.
Any suggestions would be great
Hi guys just want to share my GAN249 v2 M stickerless since I haven't seen someone else do it. It has black internals to match GAN's current 3x3 and 4x4 lineup.
Since switching to stickerless puzzles from black stickered, I have been very particular with the shades of the puzzles and have found...
The Gan 356X is really good. But some people say that stickered Gan cubes are better and others say Stickerless is better. Apparently, Stickered has more grip and easier to control, but the stickerless is a tad bit faster according to some people. Also, I'm still relatively new to cubing (8...
The GAN 354 M is great straight out of the box! The magnets being exposed helps the puzzle to be sturdy and not overturn! I have done about 150 solves on this cube and it has lowered my average by a whopping 5 seconds!! This is a well done product by @gancube once again! When ordering the 354 M...
I am going to buy GAN356s Lite, but I want to try different springs.
I've tried both GAN356 air and GAN356s, and I've searched the picture of the core online.
It seems that the two cores are almost the same. Thus, I'm curious about whether the spring in GAN356s can be switched...
So I bought a Gan 354 about a week ago and it delivered yesterday, and I must say, I am impressed with the cube. It is very smooth, fast and very controllable, and I love the stickerless shades (still getting used to them though). Coming from a Valk or a GTS 2m, going from 55.5mm to 54 mm is not...
If you have a Gan III 57 and think it is a bit unstable but you like the feeling of the cube.. you should look into the new Core which you can order from different stores. It makes the cube so much better.
