The reason I'd say it's bad is because you have to look at most of the pieces when solving, but with CFOP or Roux once you solve pieces you don't need to touch them anymore. Petrus is good for Feet and FMC though.

6-7 hours a day is a lot. You might want to only cube when you feel motivated or you could easily burn out.

Averaging 10.5 is way closer to sub-10 than sub-15

I'm like sub-11, so I'm gonna vote for sub-10.

I'm pretty sure that the GAN 11 Pro is going to be $85 USD, which is wayy too expensive for a 3x3.

I think your best bet would be to look through some WV algs and figure out which ones you want to learn, because those are the most developed algs.
