If I order cubes from speedcubestore.co.uk, speedcubestore.com or speedcubekaufen.com (seems to be all the same), and I dont receive them after, lets say 5 weeks, I get my money back per paypal and then the cubes arrive, maybe 3 weeks later, is it illegal to keep the money and the cubes then? Or...
