6.68 clock average of 50 i'm not dead :D

Can you do this comfortably in 15 seconds? I tried Matt's noflip method for a while and what was holding me back the most is that my general BLD skill is pretty low... Also, to answer an earlier question on fingertrick resources, I have a limited amount of things on my website :)

I don't think I'm going to be able to make this anymore - I haven't sorted anything out for travel, accommodation, etc. and it's just too much on top of everything else for me at the moment... Gutted as it's the first UKC/Open I'll miss since 2012. Whatever happens, have a great weekend all and...

hey that's pretty fast what's the thing next to your laptop? (also yay surface club)

Thanks for coming, everybody! I did way too many things last week so by Friday I was feeling ridiculously stressed, but having you guys around was an awesome return on some of that effort. Thanks so much to everyone (particularly Adam, Daniel, James and Evan) who kept the comp running smoothly...

Welcome to the forum, more twentysomething UK cubers are always good! I live in Sheffield but I'm a PhD student at UoN, so not too far away.

you know i'll be there :D

I have a clock to sell! Bought it a while back, finally had time to fix it up. I just filmed a quick 7.21 average of 12 (inc 6.72 ao5) using it, so you know a decent average is capable on it! I'm hoping to get £17 for it (they're about 10-12 on ebay and i'm sure i've put 5-7 of work into it)...

Not on camera because I don't film anything, but I'm 95% sure that these reconstructions are correct! Very pleased with this, it was a good average for me considering the scrambles weren't horrendously lucky! Done at Macclesfield Open 2016 6.33 UR3+ DR2- DL6+ UL3+ U3+ R4+ D0+ L2+ ALL4+ y2 U1+...

oh snap

Thanks for a fantastic comp guys, even if I could only make one day of it. Beat my clock average by over a second, 4x4x4 PB's went from 45/49 to 39/45, and 6x6x6 from 3:23/3:32 to 2:59/3:12. So yeah, pleased with my results! See you in a month :D

6.39 official clock average! NR, WR#7 :D (also PB by 1.23s, LOL)

Nope - it's unlikely i'll be there for the FMC start time! And thanks for the info re shops.

Nice - can I have first dibs on the Weilong and the Bochuang? What do you want for them?

Is anybody selling any cubes/are any shops attending? I'm in the market for some new 5x5x5+ to replace my dying ShengShou puzzles...

Done!

Okay, I'm still just going to come for the Saturday so can I be removed from all except: Clock, 2x2, Pyraminx, 4x4, 6x6. Looking to whet my appetite ahead of ABHC! Goals: Clock - don't fail 2x2x2 - sub-4 pls Pyraminx - not practised in months lol 4x4x4 - 45/50 6x6x6 - 3:15/3:30
