Nice! I get 4:30ish, and I've done only 20ish solves. I think it's really cool since you use Roux but still get good Mega times(considering you just started)

I average about that, but tbh I don't really like mega much. The only reason I practiced it was too get a result that wasn't DNF lol. My focus now is on 3x3, making cutoff for 4x4, and not DNFing 6x6 and 7x7 lol

Yeah, idk. It might have been a lucky scramble, cause the Mega scrambles are so stinking long, so i just did a 3rd of it lol. I never bothered learning any algs for Mega, so i just use J perm and comms for last layer.

(1/2) For LL you can do EO by doing F R U R' U' F' and F U R U' R' F'(recognition is basically the same as 3x3 CFOP 4lll). Then do EP by doing Sune over and over again.

(2/2) Then for corners you can do 3x3 LBL, by using R' D' R D to align corners then permuting them by flipping LL on the bottom and doing R U R' and R U' R' to place them correctly.

Watch the LL part of J Perm's tutorial to see it in action and for recognition / proper AUF

I think I can't even scramble the darn things correctly. I mean I try, but my success rate is almost non existent

Thats pretty much what i do, but i use j perm to solve edges after CO, but sune definitely would be better, thx.

Half the time I just hand scramble it while watching YT and then time the solve. As long as you do the normal scramble notation for a couple minutes it's fine.

Edit: Try doing EO->EP->CO->CP, otherwise CO gets messed up when doing Sune.
