Also, Humboldt, as I found out from looking at the library at the penthouse, used to be the town of V.F.D. After the tragic happenings that occurred there so many years ago, they changed it to Humboldt, after the town in California. I'm about halfway there now.

It seems that whoever wrote this was not from Red Nexus. But who could it be?

It's technically fictitious because
I wrote it.
I'm trying to create a fictitious cryptic code that fits into the world I'm creating, and having a little fun while I'm at it.
