I often find myself completely forgetting or not being bothered to practice, sometimes for weeks on end and frequently feel very out of touch with cubing. Has anyone who’s experienced this before got any ideas on how I may be able to keep motivated?

Might help to make it part of your routine. I cube before bed, it's better than my phone. Practice is low quality, of course. But that's the idea... like how some people have game time or something like that.

If you don't have room for it, you might have to do some prioritization. Is cubing a higher priority than some other activity? Drop that other activity.

But also, what is your goal? And I don't mean just a goal time, but why do you want that time? Fun in chasing the target? Aspirations to be best in the world? The cube is a toy; you might not need to cube every day. I see you're a very fast solver already.

Aa for forgetting to or not beng bothered to practice, force yourself to. I used to have the habit of not doing any solves during the alternate week I spend at my dad's, but when I decided to pick up a cube and mitigate distractions, I get the same hours long sessions that I have at my mum's.
Thanks for the advice! I will certainly try to push through the boredom

For practice or solving, dont practice or solve like 3 hrs a day ,try 30mins or 1hr a day,if you dont got anything to do just cube till you got something, try cube or practice consistently than cubing or practicing very long then burnout, unless if you want to then try to not get burned out

To add on to that, something that I always do when practicing is to just go until I feel like stopping. Sometimes that's 10 minutes, sometimes that's an hour. But when you notice that you are getting tired of practicing, just stop.

Honestly, you shouldn’t make practice a chore, but rather a habit you enjoy. If you aren’t enjoying it, then a break is okay.
During your sessions, you should prioritize making the session fun. But you should have the discipline to practice your bad habits of solves. For example, you can practice doing Cross+1 on 3x3 for 15 minutes, then do relays as a break (or moving around, whatever), then get back and practice it some more. By doing that, you aren’t focused entirely on one thing for a long time and break it up as needed.

That happened to me once, I stopped cubing and started doomscrolling more. Cubing just 'clicked' back into me and i just went back to cubing. I recomned you can break up temporarily at last resort, but first you can do things like having less but more time. For example try having a 10 min session or 20 min, then do what you want.
