How do I stay motivated

Hey, I am never able to stay consistent in practicing my Rubik's Cube. I get demotivated, then motivated then not again. How do I help this? because I want to improve more.
compare yourself to someone better than you and be determined to take them down ( @Caleb Valenzuela is one of my motivaters as well as some of my other followers)

don't think, just solve yo
Not thinking is not the best advice bro, (plzz do not get me wrong) but I think u mean not to overthink cubes, because overthinking is not good either. I try to pay attention to my techniques and now am not trying to rush progress, and am seeing some decent progress and am motivated to keep doing it
