As what the title says, i'm from indonesia.

Im currently work as a software engineer on an ecommerce company for several years (yes, i'm a little bit old for speedcubing on average).

I started cubing when i was 12-13 yo, using unknown rubik's brand as "the only cube i had"".....
Gladly, i achieve PB 30 seconds with it.

Then i stopped playing it...... until after recent couple of years

And able to shed some of the PB, using better cubes (than the last time) ;)
I'm quite interested in big cube methods that requires more intuitiveness like OBLBL, Lewis, Meyer

3x3x3:
avg -> 23 seconds
worst -> 30 seconds (when i forgot the CMLL, or got very bad FB)
best -> 15 seconds (lucky case, able to memorize until SB on inspection, simple insert on second block, simple CMLL case)

7x7x7:
avg -> 7:35 (using pseudo-center freeslice meyer method)
worst -> 8:40 ish (cannot look for edges...., mistaken FB colors during edge freeslice mathing)
best -> 7:02 (less pausing, i think)

Hi again, from future me

3 (or 4?) years i have not cubing again, finally have free time to go on my cubing journey again.

After 1 month of catching up, i think my bigger cube avg and PB have improved a lot.

7x7x7: 6:50 avg, 6:03 PB
6x6x6: 4:33 avg, 4:23 PB
5x5x5: 2:52 avg, 2:30 PB
4x4x4: 1:28 avg, 1:20 PB
3x3x3: 22 avg, 16 PB

After experimenting with OBLBL, Lewis method, preudo-center to freeslicing on big cube, i find a conclusion that those method is slower due to egronomics, harder lookahead. Making L6E/parity skipping not worth it. Plus, turns out, i can get much more efficient using reduction method

Note for anyone wondering, this is the reason i have huge avg and PB to my big cube solving times:
- able to quickly figure out edge orientation during freeslice
- able to track new pieces while solving edge/center
- know certain pattern when solving centers, having more efficient center insertion
- solving centers without strict order to capitalize good center pairing

For 3x3:
- i know more ways to insert/solve second block of roux method
- able to 90% solve F2B less than 10 moves, know other steps to solve F2B other than creating 1x2x2 block first
- memorizing certain pattern to build UL-UR edge faster

I'll try to update my progress 4 years later, see how it changed.

And yes, i have expanded my cubing arsenal
