I would say Matty Hiroto Inaba for 3x3 as he +2ed out of the first sub 5 average and unfortunately doesn't get too many competitions. I also kind of want Seung Hyuk Nahm to get a big cube WR as he has over 50 AsRs but never got a WR despite being one of the best in the world at big cubes.
