It's not really a matter of lookahead though, because the tps will sort of level out with pauses. While you are correct @cuber314159 that it's generally better to keep a consistent turn speed and work on lookahead and efficiency, I think what @Malkom is getting at is the loss of efficiency also...

Talk to your track coach. Mention that you're maybe not going to qualify anyway. My coach, personally, would tell me to cut it out with the excuses and get my ass to the meet, but your's hopefully would be more forgiving.
I'd go the the minnesota cube melt but I've got a choir/band thing going on that weekend. As for the track meet, I feel ya but you should totally go to cat and mouse. :)
That cube doesn't exist. The magnetic cubes are specific only to thecublicle.us until demand goes down, because as of now the other stores have not been able to get any. They can make only ~10 UM's per day in the factory, and thecubicle has priority atm.
As for the Gan 356 Air Ultimate? I don't...
