Learn full PLL if you haven't already, do slow solves for lookahead and more efficient F2L solutions. Learn Ortega for 2x2 if you haven't already, if you want to use LBL the best thing to do is just spam solves. The best way to enjoy yourself at a comp is talking to other cubers. Good luck!
