[Unofficial] [3x3x3] 11.65 seconds, PRACTICED solve + easy scramble

by the way, this was my solve:
Double x-cross: x2 y L R2 D2 (3)
3rd pair: L U' L' U' L U2 L' (7)
4th pair: U' L' U2 L U' L' U2 L U' L' U L (12)
OLL: U F R U' R' U' R U R' F' (10)

32 HTM.

my 4th pair move count seems to be kinda inefficient.
any suggestions on how to improve this case?

6.86 speedsolve with this solution:

Scramble: F2 U2 L' D2 U2 R B2 R F D2 U2 L' U R2 U B2 U2 B L'

Double X-Cross: y R r' L' D2 (actually 3 moves, but I performed it like this)
3rd Pair: R U' R' U2 R U' R' (7)
4th Pair: U' R' U R U' R' U' R (8) (2-gen last 2 pairs ^^)
OLL: F R U R' U' F' (6)
PLL: U2 R' U' R y R2' u R' U R U' R u' R2 (13)

37 moves. Really nice for a speedsolve. Got 5.42 after about 5 tries.

Another nice speedsolving solution is the one with the triple X-Cross
(I did 6.55 with it on the first try [I just thought --> let's do the triple X-Cross now; it can count as a first try because it is a different solution])

Scramble: F2 U2 L' D2 U2 R B2 R F D2 U2 L' U R2 U B2 U2 B L'

Triple X-Cross: y x2 L2 R D' R' U' R D' (7)
4th Pair: y' R U' R' U y' R' U' R (7)/ U2 R' U' R U' R' U' R (8)
OLL: F U R U' R' U R U' R' F' (10)/U' R U R' U R U' R' U' R' F R F' (13)
PLL: U R' U R U' R2 y L' U' L U y' x R U R' U' R2 B' (16) / z U' R D' R2 U R' U' R2 U D R' (11)
40/39 moves

Have fun with them.

I did:

(x2 y during inspection)
Triple X Cross: L R2 D' L' U' L D'
F2L 4: U' L' U L U L' U' L
OLL: U r U R' U R U2 r'
PLL: U M2 U M' U2 M U M2 U
32 moves, 0 cube rotations

by the way, this was my solve:
Double x-cross: x2 y L R2 D2 (3)
3rd pair: L U' L' U' L U2 L' (7)
4th pair: U' L' U2 L U' L' U2 L U' L' U L (12)
OLL: U F R U' R' U' R U R' F' (10)

32 HTM.

my 4th pair move count seems to be kinda inefficient.
any suggestions on how to improve this case?

If i executed correctly, you could do your fourth case like:
U L' U L U' L' U' L (8)

For optimal solutions, have a look at http://www.opticubes.com/cubing/f2l/

thanks a lot for this one.
I'll certainly look into that page.
might help reduce my move count a lot.:)

(though, in this case, my inefficient way gave me the faster OLL and the PLL skip)
