Rubik's Clock - How to scramble?

I have searched in MF8 ,SS forum and I couldn't found the method to scramble a clock with something like "UR4- DR0+",I hope somebody is going to help me with it.
PS I'm now in China and there is a firewall that makes I couldn't view U2B ,twitter and facebook's sites.So use images ,pls.

the letters tell you which pins should be up (UL = upper left, etc.) and the digit tells you how far you should turn the cog next to a pin which is currently up
y2 is rotation in horizontal plane - ie if 12 is facing up before the rotation, 12 is still facing up after the rotation
