Hi everybody!!!, I am Claudio Alejandro Andrade Martinez, better known for some friends here in my country,Chile, as Madara, but unfortunately the nickname was taken, so I used my facebook id (MadaraMangekyou) as nickname, well i dont want to bore you so i will ''shortly'' explain how i got into the speedcubing world
since child i wanted to solve the cube, but it was not untill 16 age that i really tried(2008), i used a video of someone called dan brown (not the creator of da'vinci code!!) for to learn and in a week i could solve the cube without looking the instructions, i really had a bad cube, a cube that here in chile we call ''cubo de cuneta'' (sidewalk cube, because is sold by people in the street) , it was awfull, then i bought a rubiks 25th anniversary and i started to improve faster... in a year i was doing times of 50 seconds with LBL method(not a great time but i was really proud of it), after that i got a Dayan guhong and i continued improving for another year, getting to times of 40 to 35 seconds using lbl in the F2L and 4LLL in the last layer, then i quit for a period of 8 months, when i came back my times were again around 50 seconds, so i decided to learn F2L, and optimal cross (8-7 moves max) i did it and 3 months i was averaging 30 seconds, then in 2011 i was at my first tournament, for me was a disaster ,a 40.84 average and not getting into 2nd round, in the same year, in my second tournament i averaged 34.60 and i felt better, even not getting again into 2nd round, from this moment i trained hard for to become sub-30 and i did it in 2012, with my best tournament ever 25.41 single and 29.81 average , times who qualified me into the top 100 of my country, i one more time didn't get into second round but then i was sub-30, the next two tournaments i did worse times, and i was so obfuscated that i simply leave, in both i was qualified for 2nd round, after that i miss two tournament, as result i lost the top 100 in single and average, currently i am averaging 27,40 seconds and my goal is to get back into the top 100 of my country...
excuse my bad english, my mother language is spanish
