I'm a new cube solver from Norway, I'm 16, and a girl :)

I've been cubing for maybe over two months now, and I think I'm on a good way.
I got six puzzles, and three speed cubes are on it's way.
I solve the 2x2x2 (around 20 seconds), 3x3x3 (rec 48 seconds, average, around a minute), 4x4x4 (around 10 minutes), and the 5x5x5 (+1 hour).
I also got the Rubik's 360, Rubik's Twist, and a 3x3x3 Sudoku cube.

I'm trying to learn F2L at the moment, I'm hoping someone can give me tips maybe to improve my cubing and such.

Well that's all, thanks for taking your time. :)

Welcome, it's always nice to see girls who are brave enough to be speedcubers despite it being a male dominated activity! For all things related to learning CFOP, use Badmephisto. He has by far the most clear tutorials, and he got me all the way from sup 5 minutes to sub 12 :) Good luck!

Thanks, I'm watching his videos now, he really does explain clear, easier to understand him than any of the others I have watched, thanks :)

Hey, I'm a girl cuber too :)
For F2L, just try doing it intuitively, you will get faster as you practice more. Badmephisto's page is really good for F2L and the Fridrich method.
Also, Pyraminx is really fun, and easy to learn. I recommend it if you want a different type of puzzle.

Welcome! After learning F2L, you'll want to learn 4-look last layer. This thread is very useful for anyone using CFOP; you should probably take a look at it.

I don't think I ever had a sup-5 time. I remember my first solve being 1:15 (well second; after I figured out how to solve it the first time I went straight to a timer :p). I think I averaged ~2 at first. I'm still no where near sub-12, but I think changing methods slowed me down a lot.

Lol when I first learned the dan brown method I had a couple sup 5.

Awesome :D
