Possibly, but last time I checked the regulations I recall that two of +2 penalties couldn't happen simultaneously.

Whel I know so done who got +4 because he got ending at +2 and before the judge inspecteded the cube he twisted it pack.

According to A6e, making a turn after stopping the timer and before the judge has inspected the cube, would result in DNF:

A6e) The competitor must not touch or move the puzzle until the judge has inspected the puzzle. Penalty: disqualification of the attempt (DNF). Exception: If no moves have been applied, a time penalty (+2 seconds) may be assigned instead, at the discretion of the judge.

You can also get time added for beating up judges/delegates.
