18.97 Official One-handed Average

On April 6th I got my first official sub 20 OH avg. I'm very happy with the average since it was the winning average and close to my pb Ao12. I hope I can get some advice on how to get faster because I like the event a lot and I'm not sure what's left for me to do besides even more timed solves.
