[Unofficial] Non-lucky 9.96 sec 3x3 solve

After over 2 years break from competitions I got a nice single time. Previous best was 11.71, it also had V perm and was non-lucky.
Missing first couple seconds, but most of the solve is there.
Done in Finnish Open 2012 final.

Iirc this was also first rounded up to 9.97 (new timers), but of course it was a mistake as the last digit should be just ignored according to the rules.
