OLL and F2L .pdf files?

Do any of you know where to get an OLL and F2L PDF file?

Youtube tutorials might be easier if you don't understand the sheets right now.
For OLL and PLL the first two layers are done and the top layer is not.
for PLL the top layer is the same color but the pieces are not in their correct places in relation to the centers.

What about the F2L? Is the bottom/top layer supposed to be solved there?

top layer shouldn't be solved, but it IS assuming you have done the cross, remember in CFOP the order is Cross - F2L - OLL - PLL, so the cross should be done, F2L finishes bottom layer and middle layer at the same time, but top layer probably will not be done while doing f2l, in fact i would dare say it's highly unlikely your top layer is fully solved while you are doing f2l
