I've been trying to figure out this pattern for a while, finally gave in and looked up a tut (
redkb's) and i watched like 10 times, and done the exact algs, but for some reason it always fails, can somebody post working algs, and break it down a little better if his algs are correct? (I'm not a noob, just not very good with patterns lol
) :fp

Do you mean this?

Cube in a cube
F L F U' R U F2 L2 U' L' B D' B' L2 U (18q*, 15f*)

Cube in a cube in a cube
U' L' U' F' R2 B' R F U B2 U B' L U' F U R F' (20q*, 18f)

.-. I know cubing terms, just not the advanced ones, and i have all the parity figured out except the huge edge swap parity

Yeah, sorry, I edited my last post to remove the "cubing terms" part. The "huge edge swap" alg isn't that hard to learn even though it is a tad long ;) All i'm saying is; if you're planning on speed solving the 4x4x4, then I would recommend getting fluent in parity solving and solving in general before "wasting" time with patterns. That's just my humble opinion though, no offense intended.

None taken, but this pattern is for 3x3, not 4x4
